After a visit to Shalom Vilaj Orphanage in 2016 with family, Give Thanks, Inc (GTI) was born. LaVie  and the GTI team has been visiting Haiti annually to give back ever since. GTI has provided clothes, shoes, school supplies, toiletries, toys and more to the children at Shalom Vilaj. In July 2022 GTI completed a campaign called “Mission, Get Connected” where they raised funds for each child to receive a brand-new android tablet. In December 2020, GTI, had their first annual toy giveaway to aid families in need in South Florida and it was a great success serving over 30 families with multiple children. The future looks bright for GTI as they continue to make their mark in the community and the world.
